All products sold by Black Label Research LLC are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

• A description of the issue

If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion at our discretion. Refubds are not guaranteed.

Lost Packages

Black Label Research LLC is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery.

We do not offer refunds based on research outcomes, performance expectations, or dissatisfaction with results.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.
